ERA Baden-Württemberg 2026: Salary & Wage Table
Last updated August 26, 2026
Baden-Württemberg's ERA agreement is negotiated between IG Metall and Südwestmetall, covering the whole state, home to Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, and Bosch, and one of the largest metal and electrical industry workforces in Germany. Its wage table runs an unusually granular 17 Entgeltgruppen, more than any other Tarifgebiet.
Full-time here is the standard 35-hour week. The Eckentgelt is EG7 (€3,703.50), Baden-Württemberg's own "100% reference point" that every other Entgeltgruppe's wage is defined as a percentage of, not EG5 as in most other Tarifgebiete. T-ZUG B itself is a flat €952.00 published directly for every full-time employee here, not calculated as a percentage of the Eckentgelt the way it is in most other regions.
The table below lists every Entgeltgruppe and experience step at its full monthly gross tariff wage. For Weihnachtsgeld, Urlaubsgeld, T-ZUG A/B, and T-Geld calculated for your own grade and tenure, use the interactive ERA explorer linked below.
