The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. I am neither obligated nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for content

As a service provider, I'm responsible for my own content on this site under general law, per § 7 para. 1 DDG. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, I'm not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances suggesting illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected, and any liability in that regard only begins from the point a concrete infringement becomes known. If I become aware of such an infringement, I will remove the content in question immediately.

Liability for links

This site links to external third-party sites (for example, IG Metall and BMF publications cited on the ERA Bands and FAQ pages). I have no influence over the content of those sites and can't accept liability for it. The respective provider or operator of each linked page is always responsible for its own content. Linked pages were checked for legal violations at the time of linking, and none were apparent. Continuous monitoring of linked pages' content isn't reasonable without concrete evidence of a violation. If I become aware of any infringement, I will remove such links immediately.
