ERA Brandenburg 2026: Salary & Wage Table

Brandenburg's ERA agreement (Tarifgebiet II) is negotiated between IG Metall and the Verband der Metall- und Elektroindustrie Berlin-Brandenburg, the same employer association covering Berlin. It runs the identical 13-Entgeltgruppe wage table as Berlin, with the same €3,389.00 EG5 Eckentgelt.
The one figure that doesn't carry over from Berlin is weekly hours: Brandenburg's full-time week is contracted at 38 hours, not the 35 hours used in Berlin's Tarifgebiet I, even though both fall under one shared Manteltarifvertrag and one shared wage table, a real East/West difference confirmed by official BMAS Tarifdatenblätter for each Tarifgebiet.
